What We Collect

What you write in the form: your company, its website if you give it, its country, city, size and industry; your full name, role, work email, your phone if you give it, and how you want us to reach you; the tools you use today and what you want solved. With it, the time you sent it, the page's language, the page you sent it from, and the moment you agreed to this notice.

Like any web server, ours notes the internet address and time of each visit in its working logs. We use them only to keep the site running and safe.

Why

Only to answer your request and to prepare your Shadow Audit. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not put you on a mailing list.

Where It Is Kept

On our server, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. A copy may go by email to our team's mailbox, so we can answer you.

Who Reads It

• Only the Adren Labs team: the company's owners and admins read your request in our app, and each reading is recorded.
• The rest of our team is told that a request came, with your company's name and country only.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts our server, and our email provider handle it on our behalf.

How Long

Twelve months from the day you send it: then our server deletes it, with our notes on it. Ask, and we delete it sooner, with the copy in our mailbox.

Your Choices

You can ask to see what we keep about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. Write to alejandro.r@adren.ai; we answer from that address.

Cookies

adren.ai sets one cookie, lang, and only when you choose EN or ES with the switch, to remember it for a year. No analytics, no advertising, nothing from another site.

Changes

When this notice changes, so does the date below.
