For corner stores, grocery shops and mini-markets

Full shelves, nothing expiring and credit tabs up to date.

In a grocery shop or mini-market, product that expires at the back of the shelf is money that already left the till, and what is missing at the front is a sale that walked out.

  • The pre-seller left more than I sell
  • Credit is in a notebook and I do not know who owes
  • Counting the shop takes my whole afternoon

Where the money leaks

There are also credit tabs in a notebook nobody reviews, pre-sellers who leave more than the shop sells, and hand counts that always come late.

  1. Expired product

Stock gets mixed in with new arrivals and expires without rotating. The Shadows read purchases, sales and recorded expiry dates and list the batches nearing expiry.

  2. Empty shelf spots

The product sells well but the shelf is bare because nobody restocked in time. The Shadows compare stock and sales to show what ran out and for how long.

  3. Reps who over-supply

The route drops more product than the shop sells and the excess expires or gets returned. The Shadows cross what was delivered, invoiced and sold per shop.

  4. Credit tabs in a notebook

Credit accounts live in a notebook and nobody reviews them regularly. The Shadows list balances, their age and who has gone longest without paying.

What Adren does

Built for corner stores, grocery shops and mini-markets

What we usually build first for a business like yours:

AlertFeatured

Route-rep auditor

Compares what the route delivers against the invoice and each shop's real sales, and proposes the right order; you decide whether it goes to the supplier.

Alert

Route 3: delivery does not match the invoice

Less arrived than was billed

Review with the supplier

With your approval

Restocking by expiry and rotation

Prepares purchase orders from what turns over and what is close to expiring, and you approve them.

Waiting for your approval

Purchase order for dairy and soda

Authorize order

Today's list

Shelf camera

Flags the gaps on the shelf and turns them into a restocking task; always with human review, because a camera cannot read every batch date.

Ask Adren

Your numbers, in your words

Type the question the way you'd ask your manager. Adren answers with what it saw in your operation and what it proposes; the decision is yours.

YouWhich products will expire on me this week?

Adren

Some dairy and snacks expire soon and can still be sold. I suggest marking them down to move them; the manager checks them and you authorize the price.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters

The Shadows read your purchases, sales and credit notebook in read-only mode, the Company Brief quantifies expiry and gaps per store, agents prepare orders and markdowns, and the manager approves before buying or changing a price.

  1. Shadows

Read your operation, read-only. They change nothing.

  2. Company Brief

The map of your business and where the money goes.

  3. Agents

Act with your approval. You decide what turns on.

  4. Monthly Care

We measure, adjust and look after it every month.

With what you already use

No new system. Adren reads what you already have.

    • Credit notebook

    • Supplier invoices
    • Pre-seller's notes

Contactless

One tap and done

The corner store can have loyalty too, with no paper and no app.

NFC passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, on iOS and Android. No app to install. We set it up for your business.

  1. Everyday customers

Each purchase adds a stamp to the card on their phone.

  2. Today's deals

The coupon lands in the wallet and is used at the register.

Made to measure

Made to measure for your business

Without counts that reconcile with what is on the floor, any restocking suggestion hangs in the air, so we start from a reliable record. A neighborhood store with a notebook and a till does not get the same as a minimarket chain with a distribution center and several branches.

  1. 01First, the Shadows observe your real operation, read-only.
  2. 02From that we build your Company Brief: your prices, your processes, your current systems and who approves.
  3. 03The agents are designed on that brief, not on an industry template.

Packages

The three packages

All three are made to measure. They differ by size and complexity, not by a fixed list of features.

  • 1 business

    Made to measure

    Adren All

One business · your ERP and systems included

For a single store we usually switch on restocking by expiry and the route-rep auditor, on top of your till and invoices.

  • Several locations

    Made to measure

    Adren Supercharged

Several locations or more complex processes

For several stores we add shelf cameras and transfers between branches.

  • The whole operation

    Made to measureFlagship

    Adren Enterprise

    The complete operating system

For a chain: distribution center and per-store forecasting, with agents trained on your processes.

What we measure

We measure the pesos of expired product per purchasing period, showing the cost written off and the stock received in the same period.

Measured from your own baseline. It is not a promised result.

Questions

How does it know what is about to expire if my till does not record expiry dates?

It starts from what you note when stock arrives: batch and date, even on a sheet. A camera does not replace those dates. A simple record at receiving is enough to start rotating.

Who authorizes a markdown or an order?

The manager or you. The agent proposes the markdown or the purchase order; a price change, a purchase and a write-off are always authorized by a person.

What happens to my credit notebook and my till?

They are read and stay yours. The notebook is digitized with your help and the till stays as it is; what changes is that balances and stock no longer depend on someone's memory.
