Adren · Read-Only · The Engagement

What A Shadow Audit Is.Your Exports In. The Brief Out.

The engagement starts with a Shadow Audit: our agents, the Shadows, observe your exports and change nothing; every finding with its evidence and the rupee figure its rule states, our audit, the owner's decision, the Company Brief. Nothing happens to your business along the way.

01The Four Steps

Four Steps.Two Of Them Human.

  1. 01

    We Read Your Exports

Chat exports, invoice registers, job sheets, bookings, bank statements. One person at your company owns the exports from week one. We never ask for a password.

  2. 02

    The Shadows Find

Each Shadow runs a diagnostic before it reads: what it can read today, and what would need an upgrade. Then rules go through every row, and every finding carries the rows behind it.

  3. 03

    We Audit

A person checks the data, the finding and the risk, and records approve or reject under a name. Rejected in audit ends it.

  4. 04

    You Decide

The owner agrees or declines, recorded under a name. Only then may anything be built.

Two Decisions, In Order

  1. FindingWith its rows
  2. Proposed FixOne line, one expected result
  3. Our AuditAwaiting audit → approved, or rejected in audit
  4. The Owner's YesAwaiting the owner → agreed, or declined
  5. ApprovedOnly now may anything be built

Our audit first, then yours. A rejection at either step ends it. Every decision carries a name and a time.

02What You Receive

The Company Brief.Audited Before You See It.

Written from each Shadow's findings by the Analysts and the Chief, by rules first. A summary, then:

  1. 1The processes read, with their volumes, handoffs and failure points
  2. 2Where time or money is being lost, with the rows behind each line
  3. 3What is ready to automate
  4. 4At most three things to fix first, and what each needs from you
  5. 5What we could not see

The Shape Of A Finding

Two Lines, Then The Rows

Every finding is shown in the same four parts. Nothing on it is a guess, and nothing on it names a person.

  1. 1The problem, in one line, as the rule found it.
  2. 2The rows behind it: record ids, dates and amounts from your own files, with names, numbers and emails replaced.
  3. 3What the rule says it is worth, or that it cannot put money on it.
  4. 4Where it stands: awaiting audit, awaiting the owner, approved.

03Your Data

Read-Only By Construction.Every Look On Record.

  1. Exports Only

    No Password, No Account

Your files come in as the exports your tools already make. Adren holds no login to any system of yours.

  2. The Door

    Replaced Before It Is Stored

Names, phone numbers and emails are replaced in your files before anything is stored. What does it is kept outside the database.

  3. The Build

Tests Fail If A Reader Could Write

No part of Adren that reads your data may write, run a program or reach your tools. The build itself refuses it.

  4. The Figures

    Rules First

Every rupee figure on a finding comes from a rule run over your rows. Where a rule cannot put money on it, it says so.

  5. The Record

    Every Look Is Logged

Each time one of us opens your evidence, a row is written with the person and the page.

  6. The Exits

Nothing Leaves By The AI Door

Our own AI tools can read counts and verdicts about your business, never your evidence. That stays on our server.

04The Shadows

A Shadow For Each Department. Each Diagnosed Before It Reads.

A Shadow is a read-only agent on one branch of the business. Before it reads anything it states what it can read today and what would need an upgrade. A Shadow that is not ready does not observe.

  1. Shadow-01 · Comms

    The Conversations

05Who It Is For

Logistics Firms.Manufacturers Who Sell On Quotes.

Companies in India whose work runs through chats, spreadsheets, registers and bank statements, and whose errors have a price per day.

Customs Brokers And Forwarders

One Shipment. Eight Re-Typings.

An import passes through eight systems that never talk to each other. The same invoice is keyed in by hand at every step.

  1. 01Invoice on WhatsApp
  2. 02Bill of Entry
  3. 03e-Sanchit
  4. 04GST return
  5. 05e-way bill
  6. 06Delivery order
  7. 07Depot slot
  8. 08Customer update
Bill of Entry filed late
₹5,000 a day for three days, then ₹10,000
A 40′ box held past its free days
₹10,500 a day and up, after four free days

Charges as published in India in October 2026: the late fee for filing a Bill of Entry, and the lowest detention rate on one carrier's tariff.

B2B Manufacturers

Enquiries In Chats. Quotes From Sheets.

The enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, the quote goes out from a spreadsheet, the ledger is in Tally, and follow-up depends on who remembers.

  1. SalesA quote that went out late, or never. One item billed at several prices with no discount recorded.
  2. OpsA job delivered and never invoiced. A job card typed twice.
  3. FinanceA credit invoice past due. A payee paid twice. A supplier's bill that keeps growing.
  4. CommsAn inquiry after hours that waited for the morning.

What the rules look for, in words. Every figure Adren shows you comes from your own rows.
