There are also returnable containers nobody charges for and overdue balances from small shops that grow visit after visit, and the route settlement arrives when it is too late to fix anything.
A truck runs its route and comes back with product that was not delivered. The Shadows read orders and returns and group rejections by reason, customer and route.
