Sports Facilities & Padel
The club loses money on empty off-peak hours, on late cancellations with no charge, on message bookings that never reach the calendar and clash with others, and on leagues run in Excel where fees go uncollected.
Courts fill between six and nine at night and the rest of the day stays free. The Shadows read bookings by slot and court and show how many off-peak hours went unsold.
A player cancels at the last moment or never shows, and the hour cannot be resold. The Shadows add up what was lost to cancellations with no fee.
Someone reserves by WhatsApp, nobody enters it in the system and two groups show up for the same court. The Shadows cross messages with the official calendar to find double bookings.
The schedule, results and sign-ups live in a sheet someone updates by hand. The Shadows compare registered teams against fees collected and show what is pending.
