Where the money leaks

Orders come in by WhatsApp, voice note, email and PDF, someone retypes them and the driver leaves with whatever was understood. Money leaks in the order captured wrong, in the invoice nobody chases because collecting competes with delivering, in the customer who stopped ordering without a word and in product that expires in the warehouse.

  1. Orders retyped and misunderstood

They arrive by WhatsApp, voice or PDF and get retyped with product or quantity errors. The Shadows read the messages and the captured orders, read-only, to see how many were corrected afterwards.

  2. Overdue accounts nobody chases

Balances pile up because collecting competes with delivering. The Shadows cross your invoices and payment complements to see what is truly overdue and since when.

  3. Customers who stop ordering

A customer who ordered every week has now skipped three and nobody noticed. The Shadows compare each customer's rhythm against their own history.

  4. Expiry and returns

Lots approach their date without being offered to the people who buy them, and product comes back. The Shadows cross lots, dates and returns.

What we usually build first for a business like yours:

With your approvalFeatured

Spoilage-to-sale

It crosses lots about to expire with the customers who buy that product and proposes a flash offer before it is thrown away; you authorize the discount and recipients, and the cold chain stays under your operation.

Ask Adren

Your numbers, in your words

Type the question the way you'd ask your manager. Adren answers with what it saw in your operation and what it proposes; the decision is yours.

YouWhich lots do I need to move before they expire?

Adren

Some lots have little shelf life left, and some customers usually buy exactly that product. I suggest a flash offer for them; you authorize discount and recipients.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters

The Shadows read your orders, invoices, CFDI and conversations, read-only; the Company Brief quantifies the overdue balance, the open quotes and the customers who cooled off; then the agents act with your approval and Monthly Care measures what was recovered, with a baseline, a mechanism and evidence for every peso.

  1. Shadows

Read your operation, read-only. They change nothing.

  2. Company Brief

The map of your business and where the money goes.

  3. Agents

Act with your approval. You decide what turns on.

  4. Monthly Care

We measure, adjust and look after it every month.

With what you already use

No new system. Adren reads what you already have.

    • WhatsApp with customers and voice notes
    • Order spreadsheets

    Shadows, read-only

    • Sales or invoicing system
    • Price lists per customer

Read the way you keep it today.

    • Delivery route sheet
    • E-invoicing (CFDI) and payment complements

    You approve every action.

Made to measure

Made to measure for your business

What gets turned on depends on how orders reach you, which system you use and how many warehouses you have. A distributor with two trucks and a spreadsheet does not get the same setup as one with several warehouses, expiring lots and per-customer price lists.

  1. 01First, the Shadows observe your real operation, read-only.
  2. 02From that we build your Company Brief: your prices, your processes, your current systems and who approves.
  3. 03The agents are designed on that brief, not on an industry template.

Packages

The three packages

All three are made to measure. They differ by size and complexity, not by a fixed list of features.

  • 1 business

    Made to measure

    Adren All

One business · your ERP and systems included

For a distributor with one warehouse, we would usually start with order capture, the courteous collector and the quote chaser.

  • Several locations

    Made to measure

    Adren Supercharged

Several locations or more complex processes

For several warehouses, we add the reorder watcher and spoilage-to-sale with a multi-warehouse view.

  • The whole operation

    Made to measureFlagship

    Adren Enterprise

    The complete operating system

For large distributors, the complete system: product-level forecasting and purchasing and credit agents trained on your own processes.

What we measure

We measure the pesos of overdue invoices collected in the month after the collector is turned on, against your starting overdue balance.

Measured from your own baseline. It is not a promised result.

Questions

How do you count what Adren helped me recover?

Every peso reported carries its baseline, its mechanism and its evidence in invoices or payments. Anything that does not meet that is called an estimate and labeled as one. Also, collecting an invoice sooner is not new money, and the report tells the two apart.

Who approves the collection messages and the offers?

You or your manager. The agent drafts, asks for clarification when an order is ambiguous and records payment promises, but discounts, renegotiations, supply blocks and any new credit need your approval.

What happens to my sales system and my spreadsheets?

They stay. Adren reads your sales system or your spreadsheets and leaves orders as drafts that your operator reviews before they enter the system. You migrate nothing to start.
