Your day, with Adren

Skip sequence

    A bill arrives

The customer sends a photo of the bill on WhatsApp; Adren reads consumption and tariff and drafts the proposal.

  4. Spotted by the Shadows

    CFE interconnection that drags on

    04 / 0517:00

    Installation done

It tracks the procedure with CFE through to connection and keeps the customer informed.

  5. Spotted by the Shadows

Systems that underperform, customers who never return

    05 / 0520:00

    Months later

With the data the customer authorizes, it flags a system producing less than expected, so you can offer maintenance.

Sound familiar?

  • A customer sends their bill and I take days to send a proposal
  • I already installed and I'm still not connected: they ask weekly
  • I lost a sale because the customer's papers were missing
  • I don't know if the systems I installed produce what I estimated

Solar Installers

Where the money leaks

Before: the customer sends their CFE power bill, the proposal takes days and by then they have asked others, or they tire of the paperwork. After: the grid interconnection drags, nobody compares what the system should produce with what it produces, and the relationship ends on installation day, with no maintenance or referrals.

  1. Proposals that arrive late

The customer sent their bill and the proposal comes days later, when they have already asked others. The Shadows measure, read-only, the hours between the bill received and the proposal sent.

  2. Sales that fall in the paperwork

Documents are missing, the customer loses heart and the sale falls through. The Shadows read each proposal's status and which documents were pending when it fell.

  3. CFE interconnection that drags on

System installed but not connected, money tied up and a customer asking every week. The Shadows record how long each procedure takes from installation to connection.

  4. Systems that underperform, customers who never return

Nobody compares what each system should produce with what it produces, and after installing there is no maintenance or referrals. The Shadows cross production and bills when the customer authorizes that data.

What Adren does

Built for solar panel installers, residential and commercial

What we usually build first for a business like yours:

AlertFeatured

CFE bill auditor

It reads every bimonthly bill, checks net metering and credits, and files the clarification when something does not add up; you or your customer authorize each filing.

Alert

CFE bill: net-metering credit not applied

Consumption does not match what was exported

Prepare clarification

Conversation

WhatsApp solar seller

It receives a photo of the CFE bill and builds a preliminary sizing and the proposal in minutes; your engineer validates specifications, price and estimated savings before it is sent.

Using the Adren app and the data the customer authorizes, it detects when a system produces less than expected and proposes offering maintenance or a battery.

Your numbers, in your words

Type the question the way you'd ask your manager. Adren answers with what it saw in your operation and what it proposes; the decision is yours.

YouWhich installations are producing less than expected?

Adren

Some systems are producing below what their size and season would suggest. I propose offering those customers maintenance; you decide which ones.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters

The Shadows read your proposals, conversations, documents and production data, read-only; the Company Brief shows where proposals go cold and which systems underperform; then the agents act with your approval and Monthly Care measures the result.

  1. Shadows

Read your operation, read-only. They change nothing.

  2. Company Brief

The map of your business and where the money goes.

  3. Agents

Act with your approval. You decide what turns on.

  4. Monthly Care

We measure, adjust and look after it every month.

With what you already use

No new system. Adren reads what you already have.

    • WhatsApp with the photo of the CFE bill
    • Proposals in spreadsheets or PDF

    Shadows, read-only

    • System design software
    • Folder of paperwork documents

Read the way you keep it today.

    • Quotes from your panel supplier
    • Contract and signature

    You approve every action.

Made to measure

Made to measure for your business

What gets turned on depends on how many installations you do, how you design and how much you serve afterward. An independent installer with spreadsheet proposals does not get the same setup as a multi-branch company with crew coordination, operations and commercial maintenance.

  1. 01First, the Shadows observe your real operation, read-only.
  2. 02From that we build your Company Brief: your prices, your processes, your current systems and who approves.
  3. 03The agents are designed on that brief, not on an industry template.

Packages

The three packages

All three are made to measure. They differ by size and complexity, not by a fixed list of features.

  • 1 business

    Made to measure

    Adren All

One business · your ERP and systems included

For a small installer, we would usually turn on the solar seller, the interconnection manager and the basic version of the Adren app.

  • Several locations

    Made to measure

    Adren Supercharged

Several locations or more complex processes

For several installation teams, we add the installation coordinator, the performance monitor, the bill auditor and referrals.

  • The whole operation

    Made to measureFlagship

    Adren Enterprise

    The complete operating system

For installation companies with several branches, the complete system: commercial operations and maintenance, and agents trained on your own processes.

What we measure

We measure the hours from the CFE bill arriving to the proposal being sent.

Measured from your own baseline. It is not a promised result.

Questions

Can you size a proposal from a photo of a bill alone?

The photo is a start: the agent reads consumption and tariff and builds a draft. But your engineer validates the specifications, the price and the estimated savings before it goes out. A photo is not enough to promise savings or to handle a full interconnection.

Who decides what is said to the customer or to CFE?

You do. The agent prepares the follow-up, the request for missing documents and the clarification, but commitments, prices and anything written to CFE go out with your approval. Production data is only used if the customer authorizes it.

What happens to my spreadsheet proposals and my design software?

They stay. Adren reads your proposals, your spreadsheets and your documents, and works on top of what you already use. You do not change your design tool to start.
