For air conditioning, heating and refrigeration companies

Every call answered in peak season and every unit under a maintenance contract.

In HVAC the heat rules: when the temperature climbs the phone never stops, and the call you do not answer goes to a competitor.

Sound familiar?

  • With the technician on a roof, nobody answers the phone
  • I swapped a compressor under warranty and never filed the claim
  • I fix the unit and the customer doesn't call until it breaks again
  • My technician crosses the city twice in the same day

Where the money leaks

After the visit, the repair stays a repair instead of becoming a maintenance contract; the technician crosses town twice in one day because the schedule was built in order of arrival, and parts replaced under warranty never get claimed from the manufacturer.

  1. Calls nobody answered

In peak season the phone rings while the technician is on a roof and nobody picks up. The Shadows count, read-only, the calls and messages left unanswered and at what hour.

  2. Repairs that never become contracts

The customer was happy, but nobody offered a maintenance plan. The Shadows cross your services with current contracts to see which customers have none.

  3. Routes built by order of arrival

A technician crosses town twice in one day because the schedule was built that way. The Shadows compare visits with zone and travel time.

  4. Warranties and parts not billed

The part was replaced under warranty and nobody filed the claim, or a part was used that never made it onto the work order. The Shadows cross orders, parts and manufacturer claims.

It detects parts replaced under warranty, builds the file for the manufacturer and follows up on the claim; your coordinator reviews the evidence before it is sent.

Ask Adren

Your numbers, in your words

Type the question the way you'd ask your manager. Adren answers with what it saw in your operation and what it proposes; the decision is yours.

YouWhich customers with my units have no maintenance plan?

Adren

Some customers have units you installed or repaired and still no plan. I drafted an offer for each before the season; you approve the message.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters

The Shadows read your calls, messages, service orders and contracts, read-only; the Company Brief shows how many requests were lost, which customers have no contract and which warranties went unclaimed; then the agents act with your approval and Monthly Care measures what was recovered.

  1. Shadows

Read your operation, read-only. They change nothing.

  2. Company Brief

The map of your business and where the money goes.

  3. Agents

Act with your approval. You decide what turns on.

  4. Monthly Care

We measure, adjust and look after it every month.

With what you already use

No new system. Adren reads what you already have.

    • Calls and WhatsApp
    • Notebook or spreadsheet of customers and units

    Shadows, read-only

    • Paper work orders
    • Maintenance contracts

Read the way you keep it today.

    • Supplier parts catalog
    • Technician calendar

    You approve every action.

Made to measure

Made to measure for your business

What gets turned on depends on how many technicians you have, which brands you handle and how you manage contracts. A single technician with a van and a customer notebook does not get the same setup as a company with several branches, parts inventory and per-building maintenance contracts.

  1. 01First, the Shadows observe your real operation, read-only.
  2. 02From that we build your Company Brief: your prices, your processes, your current systems and who approves.
  3. 03The agents are designed on that brief, not on an industry template.

Packages

The three packages

All three are made to measure. They differ by size and complexity, not by a fixed list of features.

  • 1 business

    Made to measure

    Adren All

One business · your ERP and systems included

For a small company, we would usually turn on the 24/7 receptionist and the membership seller.

  • Several locations

    Made to measure

    Adren Supercharged

Several locations or more complex processes

For several technicians and zones, we add the dispatcher, pre-season outreach and the warranty claimer.

  • The whole operation

    Made to measureFlagship

    Adren Enterprise

    The complete operating system

For companies with several branches, the complete system: multi-branch operations, parts inventory and agents trained on your own processes.

What we measure

We measure the percentage of answered calls and messages that turn into an appointment.

Measured from your own baseline. It is not a promised result.

Questions

How do you know how many calls I am losing?

The Shadows read the call log and your WhatsApp messages, read-only, and count the ones left unanswered and at what time. From that the Company Brief shows when you lose the most, before you decide what to turn on.

Does the receptionist diagnose the fault or confirm visits on its own?

It does not diagnose or guide electrical or refrigerant work. It asks for the details and proposes times, and your coordinator validates urgency, technician and conditions before confirming. Any repair estimate needs technical confirmation.

What happens to my notebook, paper orders or spreadsheet?

They stay. Adren reads whatever you already use to track customers, orders and contracts and works on top. You do not have to change how your technicians record the service to start.
