More patients finish their session plan, and the practice calendar stays in order.

A physical therapy plan is several sessions, and income depends on the patient coming to all of them.

I need therapy for my knee

The therapist indicated a session plan. Book them all?

Yes, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon

    First visit

The therapist says how many sessions the plan has and Adren books all of them, not one at a time.

Sound familiar?

  • He stopped coming after the third session and I don't know why
  • At the end of the day I still have notes to finish
  • Her appointment fell through and the whole plan got scrambled
  • The doctor who refers me patients never hears how they're doing

Physical Therapy

Where the money leaks

Many stop after the third or fourth, notes pile up unfinished, home exercises get forgotten and the doctors who send you patients get no follow-up. Adren works on the administrative side; clinical decisions stay with your team.

  1. Plans abandoned at the third or fourth session

A patient stops confirming and the practice cannot tell whether it was a discharge, a justified pause or a drop-off. The Shadows read the appointment plan and attendance, administrative status only, and list who stopped coming.

  2. Appointments that fall through unannounced

An appointment missed without notice leaves the slot empty and scrambles the whole plan. The Shadows add up lost appointments by therapist and by time slot.

  3. Unfinished notes

At the end of the day pending notes remain, eating the therapist's hours outside of appointments. The Shadows count how many are still open and for how long.

  4. Referring doctors left in the dark

Whoever sends you patients rarely gets a reply or a thank-you. The Shadows cross referrals with first appointments to show who sends people and how many.

Built for physical therapy practices and rehab centers

What we usually build first for a business like yours:

AlertFeatured

Session-by-session drop-off predictor

Based only on attendance and confirmations, it tells the therapist which plans are at risk of ending incomplete and prepares a script for a personal call; the therapist decides whether to call, adjust the plan or close the follow-up.

Ask Adren

Your numbers, in your words

Type the question the way you'd ask your manager. Adren answers with what it saw in your operation and what it proposes; the decision is yours.

YouWhich patients are at risk of dropping their plan halfway?

Adren

Based on attendance and confirmations, I marked the plans that could end incomplete and prepared a script for a personal call. You decide who to call.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters

The Shadows read your schedule and payments without changing or interpreting anything clinical, the Company Brief shows where sessions get lost, and agents propose and act with your team's approval, backed by Monthly Care.

  1. Shadows

Read your operation, read-only. They change nothing.

  2. Company Brief

The map of your business and where the money goes.

  3. Agents

Act with your approval. You decide what turns on.

  4. Monthly Care

We measure, adjust and look after it every month.

With what you already use

No new system. Adren reads what you already have.

    • Appointment calendar
    • Records in a system or on paper

    Shadows, read-only

    • WhatsApp
    • Session note template

Read the way you keep it today.

    • Card terminal
    • Exercise videos

    You approve every action.

Contactless

One tap and done

Your patient's sessions, counted on their phone.

NFC passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, on iOS and Android. No app to install. We set it up for your business.

  1. Treatment sessions

Each session of the treatment is marked with a tap at the front desk.

  2. Arriving for the appointment

A tap on arrival tells the front desk they're here.

Made to measure

Made to measure for your business

The Company Brief starts from how you schedule, how you document and who you work with. A one-therapist practice with a paper appointment book does not get the same setup as a clinic with several therapists, insurer agreements and multiple sites.

  1. 01First, the Shadows observe your real operation, read-only.
  2. 02From that we build your Company Brief: your prices, your processes, your current systems and who approves.
  3. 03The agents are designed on that brief, not on an industry template.

Packages

The three packages

All three are made to measure. They differ by size and complexity, not by a fixed list of features.

  • 1 business

    Made to measure

    Adren All

One business · your ERP and systems included

For one practice, we would usually start with the receptionist that books the full plan and the clinical scribe.

  • Several locations

    Made to measure

    Adren Supercharged

Several locations or more complex processes

For a clinic with several therapists, the adherence agent and referral nurturing are added.

  • The whole operation

    Made to measureFlagship

    Adren Enterprise

    The complete operating system

For a network of clinics or insurer agreements, the complete system with the drop-off predictor and a multi-clinic view.

What we measure

We measure what percentage of session plans are completed, by cohort and excluding discharges and justified pauses.

Measured from your own baseline. It is not a promised result.

Questions

Do the Shadows read my patients' clinical records?

They do not interpret them. They work with administrative status such as appointments, attendance and payments, and any clinical note goes through a separate path and your own review. Personal data is removed from the evidence our team reviews.

Who decides whether to contact a patient who stopped coming?

The therapist or whoever you designate. Adren proposes the message or script, but the decision to contact, adjust the plan or close the follow-up is your team's.

What happens to my paper schedule and my notes system?

They stay. Adren works on top of the calendar, spreadsheet or records system you already use.
